CEMMA, in collaboration with CESAM of the University of Aveiro (Portugal), is launching the DIGITAL OSTEOLOGICAL ATLAS-ADO project, which aims to provide a comprehensive digital and public osteological documentary atlas of marine mammals. This work is directed by Dr. Alfredo López Fernández, assistant researcher in the Department of Biology at the University of Aveiro/CESAM. Funded by national funds of the Portuguese Republic through the FCT – Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, I.P., within the scope of the execution of the contract-program provided for in numbers 4, 5 and 6 of art. 23 of Legislative Decree No. 57/2016, of August 29, amended by Law No. 57/2017, of July 19.

In 2024, CEMMA received a grant for the ADO project from the A Coruña Provincial Council's aid programme (DP0036) for non-profit entities for the co-financing of investment projects in the field of the environment. File No. 2023000044206. The objective was the technical improvement of photogrammetry devices.
